&lt;p&gt;Sorry for late answer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It should be similar to a situation where you have created two UIMaps. UIMap Toolbox just let's you "refactor" your UIMaps. So it sounds like you still need to use CopyFrom() run-time in order to ensure that it's the same top-level window instance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When a UI Map is split into two, is the 'Top Level Window' structure retained in the new UI Map?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or are we required to use the CopyFrom() method to ensure that the new top level window in that UI Map is the same as the main top level window?&lt;/p&gt;
