Sorry for late answer.

It should be similar to a situation where you have created two UIMaps. UIMap Toolbox just let's you "refactor" your UIMaps. So it sounds like you still need to use CopyFrom() run-time in order to ensure that it's the same top-level window instance.

When a UI Map is split into two, is the 'Top Level Window' structure retained in the new UI Map?

Or are we required to use the CopyFrom() method to ensure that the new top level window in that UI Map is the same as the main top level window?
